Booking Terms and Conditions

We understand that on occasion, due to unforeseen circumstances, you may be unable to attend your appointment and so cancellation and failure to attend appointment fees, are at the discretion of The Cosmedic Company.

By booking an appointment with our clinic, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:.

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

• We operate a 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy.

• If you cancel or reschedule within 48hrs of your appointment, you will be required to pay a £50 deposit upon rebooking any future appointment.

  Any deposits paid are non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours notice

• If you cancel or reschedule within 24hrs of your appointment, you will be required to pay a £50 late cancellation fee

• Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will incur a £60 fee and may result in refusal of any further bookings.

Agreement to Terms

• By booking an appointment, you confirm your acceptance of these terms and conditions, including the cancellation and deposit policy.

You will not be able to reschedule your appointment online within 48 hours of your appointment. Please contact us.
