Delivery

All orders are processed and shipped directly from the supplier. This is usually processed within 24 hours of purchase. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next available business day.

The courier usually used by the supplier is DPD.

Returns

As your order will be distributed directly from Skinade as the supplier, please see a note of their returns policy below:

Here at Skinade we aim to make you happy with every order you receive. Sometimes though, we know you may want to return items.

Please see below our UK & EU refund policy

We offer a refund for any unopened and unused product boxes, regardless of reason however the shipping charge is non-refundable. If you have any lose sachets, capsule packs, or bottles, please do not send these to us as we will not be able to offer you a refund on these items.

It is the customer's responsibility to repackage the items for return, please use original packaging where you can. Skinade does not send out boxes, envelopes, jiffy bags or any other packaging material for customers to return items.

Please retain proof of postage as if the return goes missing while on its way to us, we will not be able to offer a refund without this.

You must get in touch with us within 28 days of receiving your order if you do wish to return products, this must be done BEFORE you send the product back. Failure to contact us prior to your return being sent will delay the return. We do not cover the return cost of shipping unless the product is faulty.
