As well as being known as a ground breaking skin care company AlumierMD has another important mission at its heart; charitable work carried out through the Alumier Foundation. This is a continuance of the African Research  and Conservation (The ARC Foundation).

The ARC foundation mission was to fund charitable work in South Africa including promoting education, developing and promoting basic healthcare programs and general relief of poverty. The Alumier Foundation intends to continue and further develop this work. The foundation’s main project in South Africa is the Nhlengelo primary school which after being built and constructed including the community, provides ongoing education to children under the age of 12 years.
